Herbalife

HAVE YOU HAD YOUR SHAKE TODAY!!!????

I had mine, and it was magnanimously awesome!
Do you want to know why it's so magnanimously awesome? Well, because it is. And to be honest, I am addicted with my Herbalife shake.
There are reasons why I'm addicted :

1) It is delicious!
- I can mix my Formula 1 with just anything that I desire. Like for example, I can mix my chocolate Formula 1 with some soy milk and drink it for breakfast and my day will be awesome! I've tried mixing it with juices for strawberry F1, and I've tried mixing cappuccino and chocolate F1 together, and it tasted awesome! Truly awesome for my taste buds! I've tried them all : Cappuccino, Dutch Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Tropical fruit. You should try them. It is simply delicious! :D

2) Time-efficient!
- What? Time-efficient? How can that be?
Easy! These shakes are easy to make and not time consuming. It only takes me around 2-3 minutes to prepare it and I can take it on the go anywhere with me! Imagine waking up late for class, and you're in a hurry and breakfast (which is very essential for our health) is a no-go option? Well, I have the solution! This shake is my all-time favourite breakfast now, cause it makes me full and energetic throughout the day without consuming high calory food! So, no matter how late I am for morning classes, it's okay! I don't have to skip my breakfast, cause my breakfast is always by my side! Eheh! ;)

3) The results.
- For your information, I have scoliosis and my back had always caused me excruciating pain and I get tired easily because of it. And I have a history of chronic migraines now and then, and I get sick easily. That was before I've start taking Herbalife. After taking Herbalife, in 2 weeks, I am no longer dependable on pain killers for my back pain. Why? Because it doesn't hurt me any more and I feel more energetic and happy! My chronic migraines are to a minimum level, which means, I don't suffer this quite as much as how I used to. And though I still get fevers and such, but my fever isn't that bad as how it used to be. Before, whenever I'm down with a fever, I usually can't get out of bed and I'll suffer a terrible migraine and I will lose appetite and refuses to eat because of the pain. But now? I'm actually down with a high fever at the moment, but, my energy level is not null (zilch), and I still can continue all my daily chores and work without worrying of fainting and such.
And... After a month taking Herbalife, a bonus point for me is that I've gained 2.3kg (I was underweight), and my body fat range was from a 22.1 to a 16.1. How awesome is that? :D
[read at your own risk. hahahaha]

I quite enjoy Herbalife. Seriously, I do.
Every single time I go to an event, like STS, or a mini shake party, or a mini HOM, I'd be thrilled!
Whenever I have the chance to go out of college and do DMO or I get the chance to get out of college and be with my coaches, I'd be extremely happy and enthusiastic! In fact, because of Herbalife, I learned so many things. I learned to be someone who have a vision and a dream.

So, never underestimate Herbalife. Because I've felt the positive energy and everything positive in this, and I thank Allah for introducing me to my coach who at last introduced me to Herbalife. I remembered the thing about Herbalife and my coach. It's actually quite funny. Why? Because I used to make fun of him when he does Herbalife, but now, ironically, I ended up being his coachee.

Thank you to my 'brother' aka coach for giving me this chance.
Thank you Allah, thank you Herbalife!

Mindset

everythg begins w TARBIYYAH
When we talk about mindset, (I speak of experience in this) we are actually really talking about how our
mind thinks and works. My mindset? Well, at the moment, I do realize and am fully aware that my mindset is like that of a child. Why? Well, reasons I wish not to share.

But, that's not what I'm trying to focus here.
What I'm trying to focus here is that mindset is the key to everything. Like, for example, I've a friend who think she's not clever (I prefer to use this word rather than to use her exact words in this) at all, thus forcing her to choose a path that I see not quite worth it for her. Why? Because she's actually quite intelligent and quite hard-working in her studies.
Erm. I don't think I'm telling you the point in this, but that's how it is with our mindset. When we think we can't do it, then our body reacts to that cognitive behaviour of ours. Our body responds to what our brain or mind thinks. That is why it is very important that we keep our mind positive every single day.

You know how this is quite an irony?
I am talking about how important it is to keep a positive mindset always, but I am one who's always thinking negatively. Then again, the reason I'm typing this out is to just actually remind myself that I, too, need to change my mindset.

At the moment, I'm just trying to convince myself to change myself to be better. I fail at times, but that don't matter. My coach said : You can fail, but fail better.
So, I try. I've made countless attempts in changing, but I still fail. Maybe he's right. Maybe I am too lax in progress.

Hm. The power of mindset. I remember a quote my lecturer told us in one of our lectures for psychology class : Mindset is the first element that needs changing before you can start changing your life.
And to be honest, that's true.

So, Mar. What's there to it? Life's too short to be stressing out and not having fun! Have fun, do dakwah, and smile! :)

Thinking about money?

It's quite unfair actually that people dare to tell me that I'm committing myself fully in the Herbalife business just for money's sake. It's actually ridiculous. RIDICULOUS.
decoration purposes only -_-

I went to a talk once, or whatever it is, can't quite remember. The speaker talked about WANTS over NEEDS. And in my case at the moment, the income that I have and am currently looking for is a NEEDS for me to survive, both in the academical side and also my own personal side. It is a NEED, not a WANT. In fact, I am not someone who makes money a priority. I don't want money, but I need it to survive. Both are different.

It's kinda hurtful that people keep on saying that I'm doing Herbalife for the money. No. I'm doing Herbalife because I've felt the result from Herbalife. I stopped taking pain killers for my back pains, and I'm no longer in a lot of pain ever since I consume Formula 1. That's a wonder for me, and I want people to feel healthier by the day with the help of Herbalife and by the will of Allah, I can help them to achieve that too. It's not because of money's sake. No.

Ever since I was introduced to Herbalife, my life had changed drastically. I began to love the product when I went to my first Success Training Seminar (STS) at Kajang last December. It was awesome! Many people had achieved their results, with great stories behind every success. And I, too, told myself that I want to be like them, maybe not now, but one day too. Their success makes other people around them successful too. That's what I've been aiming for. I want to be successful alongside other people too.

But, people keep labelling me as a materialistic person. In need of money, live for money, can't sleep if I don't have money. I need to buy the latest stuff and so on. That's just a shallow mindset la! I mean, come on. There are many other important things to think of than that. I don't care if you're being sarcastic or you're being serious, but say that to my face, and I'll be angry. Seriously.

I don't understand how people can have such mindset. Money isn't everything in this world. Seriously, it is not. You know why? Because money will be used up, and you can look for it again and again if you want to. But, love? Islam? Dignity? If you don't take care of those kinds of things carefully, you will lose it.

I'm sorry, but I don't practice those kind of shallow mindset. Being materialistic is shallow. I am content to what I have at the moment. It may not be much, but I am quite content. But, in accordance to my current situation, I need the money to survive, so this is situational, thus explaining why I'm working extra hard for the money.

Do not interpret or say stuff like that to me. I will burst. Seriously. I'll stand on my own two feet for what I stand, and I say, "I am not a materialistic kind of person!".
